Astute Impact provides practical AI, automation, and Enterprise Intelligence consulting services to individuals, teams, and organisations.

Our services may include discovery and assessment, strategy, process improvement, AI and automation implementation, capability development, research, advisory services, and related professional services, as described on the Website.

Nothing on the Website constitutes a binding offer to provide services.

Descriptions of our capabilities, services, frameworks, methodologies, and approach are provided for general information. Specific client engagements are governed by a separate written agreement, quotation, proposal, statement of work, or other agreed commercial terms between Astute Impact and the client.

Where a separate written agreement applies to a client engagement, that agreement will take precedence over these Website Terms to the extent of any conflict concerning that engagement.

AI may assist with research, analysis, drafting, information processing, workflow development, and other activities.

While we apply human review and judgement to AI-assisted work, AI systems can produce inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading information.

Accordingly:

  • AI-assisted content should not automatically be treated as authoritative or error-free.
  • Information that is material to a legal, financial, commercial, technical, or other important decision should be independently verified where appropriate.
  • Astute Impact does not represent that every AI-assisted output will be accurate, complete, current, or suitable for a particular purpose.
  • Where a client engagement involves the deployment or use of AI systems within a client's operations, the applicable client agreement will establish the relevant responsibilities, limitations, safeguards, and requirements.

6. Acceptable use

When using the Website, you agree not to:

These third parties operate independently of Astute Impact.

Your use of a third-party platform is subject to that platform's own terms and policies.

We aim to keep the Website available, accurate, and up to date, but we do not guarantee that the Website will always be:

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

Subject to any mandatory rights or protections that apply to you under applicable law, disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Website will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.

Nothing in this section is intended to deprive a consumer of mandatory rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the laws applicable to that consumer.

Where the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 applies to you, nothing in these Terms is intended to limit, exclude, or waive any right, protection, or remedy granted to you by the CPA.

These Terms will be interpreted, to the extent reasonably possible, consistently with applicable consumer protection requirements.

Where applicable, communications between you and Astute Impact may take place electronically, including through email, website forms, messaging platforms, or other electronic channels.

Electronic communications may be used to respond to enquiries, provide information, arrange meetings, and conduct other legitimate business activities.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude any mandatory requirement applicable to electronic transactions or communications under South African law.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid where legally permissible.

If it cannot be made valid, it will be severed to the extent necessary without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
